Accessing your Profile and NPA Portal: If you haven’t logged into the new portal before, you need to create a new password. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Please navigate to the NPA Portal, called “My Profile” on the NPA website.
  2. Click “Set Up an Account” 
  3. Note: the “forgot password” functionality will not work until you’ve created a password in the new system. You must first “sign up” here.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account (most likely, it’s the email address where you received this message).
  5. Enter a password for your account and click “Continue”
  6. Log in with your new password.

If you have already logged in, try the reset your password option on the login page.
