The NPA performs a critical function for the U.S. pasta industry. Members of the pasta community work collectively on research to advance food safety, to promote consumer communication, to address regulatory issues, and to offer member education. NPA is the only industry association dedicated specifically to the needs of pasta manufacturers and their suppliers.
