Delta

Delta Air Lines is offering special discounted* airfares for both domestic and International travel. Discounts vary, depending on the class of ticket purchased, up to 10% off the fare for domestic travel.

*Please note the following:

  • The same code will now be used for both Domestic and International flights
  • Not all fares are eligible for a discount; fare rules determine eligibility
  • Discounts vary, depending on the class of ticket purchased, and apply to round trip travel only.
  • Not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers

Go to www.delta.com > Click “Advanced Search” > Enter NMM28 in the “Meeting Event Code” box.

Southwest

Go to www.swabiz.com > Click “Book Travel” > Enter 99562142 in the “Company ID” box. You can check for future promo codes by going to www.swabiz.com and checking the “Corporate Travel News” section on the left side of the main page.

United

United does not offer a general discount like Delta or a promotional discount like Southwest, but they do offer discounts per meeting as long as a code has been applied for and accepted. To apply for a code, first create an online account with United here. Once your account has been created register for a meeting code by filling out the form here.

To book travel once your code has been approved, go to www.united.com > Click “All Search Options” > Enter your assigned meeting code in the “Promotions and Certificates” box at the bottom of the page.

American

American does not offer a general discount like Delta or a promotional discount like Southwest, but they do offer a guaranteed group base fare as long as you have 10 or more people traveling on the same itinerary. To apply for a group base fare, go to www.aa.com/contactAA/ or call 1-800-221-2255 and they will assist you.

To book travel once your code has been approved, go to www.united.com > Click “All Search Options” > Enter your assigned meeting code in the “Promotions and Certificates” box at the bottom of the page.
