As a new member of the National Pasta Association, our company, Nuovo Pasta Productions, Ltd., found immediate value not just in the wealth of useful category information and market trends available through the NPA but also the access to vendors and suppliers specific to the pasta industry. These resources will enable us to more efficiently source raw ingredients and be made aware of material and equipment innovations to facilitate future product and process improvements. NPA membership is going to make us a better and smarter pasta company.
